flowgpt is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. flowgpt reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to close accounts found to be in breach of this rule.
Each individual may hold only one active flowgpt account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any bonus funds or pending withdrawals held therein.
All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free bet credits issued by flowgpt are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable playthrough conditions have been satisfied in full.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your flowgpt login credentials. flowgpt will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or have shared them with a third party.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. flowgpt may require identity and payment verification before processing a withdrawal request for the first time.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the flowgpt platform shall be addressed through the dispute resolution process described in Section 15 of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and flowgpt ("flowgpt", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at flowgpt.win. By accessing, registering on, or using the flowgpt platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the flowgpt Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or tournaments ("Supplementary Rules") that are published on the platform from time to time.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the flowgpt platform. flowgpt reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14 below. Your continued use of the platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register a flowgpt account and to use any service offered on the platform. flowgpt is an adults-only service. By completing the registration process you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. flowgpt may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to produce satisfactory documentary evidence of your age. Failure to provide such evidence when requested will result in the immediate suspension of your account pending verification, and may result in permanent closure if verification cannot be completed.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one flowgpt account. It is strictly prohibited to open or operate more than one account, whether in your own name, using an alias, or through any third party. flowgpt employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, flowgpt reserves the right to close all related accounts without notice and to void any bets placed or bonuses claimed through those accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile telephone number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. flowgpt accepts no liability for errors or losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
The flowgpt platform is intended for personal recreational use only. The following persons are not eligible to hold a flowgpt account: (a) individuals under the age of 18; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of flowgpt or its affiliated companies; (c) persons who have previously been self-excluded from the flowgpt platform; (d) persons accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and the prevention of fraud and money laundering, flowgpt applies a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully activated, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any other time at flowgpt's reasonable request:
flowgpt will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. During the verification period, deposit functionality will remain available; however, withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. flowgpt is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.
flowgpt currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). flowgpt does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which flowgpt accepts no responsibility.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion page. flowgpt reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for individual payment methods or promotional periods by providing reasonable notice on the platform.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If flowgpt identifies a deposit originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered Player, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. flowgpt does not accept deposits made with credit facilities, borrowed funds, or proceeds of any unlawful activity.
If a deposit transaction fails to credit your flowgpt account within 30 minutes of initiation, you should contact the flowgpt support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. flowgpt will investigate and, where the funds have been received, credit your account accordingly. flowgpt is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed seven days a week. The majority of withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank may take up to two business days to reflect in your account, depending on the receiving institution's processing times.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification tier, your VIP level, and the payment method selected. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your flowgpt account dashboard.
flowgpt applies a return-to-source policy wherever technically feasible: withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method and account used to make the corresponding deposit. This policy is in place to protect Players against fraud and unauthorised withdrawals.
flowgpt may place a withdrawal on hold and request additional identity verification before processing. This is a standard compliance procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player. flowgpt aims to resolve verification requests and release withheld withdrawals within 72 hours of receiving satisfactory documentation.
All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by flowgpt are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific Supplementary Rules published alongside the promotion. In the event of a conflict between the Supplementary Rules and these Terms, the Supplementary Rules shall take precedence for that specific promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times ("playthrough requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable playthrough requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables, jackpot slots, or specific crash games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the playthrough requirement — details are listed in the Supplementary Rules.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion page, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated. flowgpt will not compensate Players for bonus funds lost due to failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated timeframe.
flowgpt has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets to clear a playthrough requirement with minimal variance; using software or automated means to claim or play through bonuses; and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms. flowgpt reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, reverse winnings, and close accounts in confirmed cases of bonus abuse.
All bets placed on flowgpt are subject to acceptance by the platform. flowgpt reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where the platform suspects an error in odds, a technical fault, or an attempt to exploit pricing anomalies. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your account balance.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market, and event. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market. flowgpt reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to specific accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected, without obligation to provide a detailed explanation.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game round or sporting event, flowgpt reserves the right to declare the affected round or bet void and return stakes to Players' accounts. flowgpt will not honour winnings generated as a result of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game logic. flowgpt's decision on all malfunction-related disputes is final.
Sportsbook bets are governed by flowgpt's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and form part of these Terms by reference. Key principles include: (a) results are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.); (b) in-play bets accepted after an event's conclusion are void; (c) abandoned or postponed fixtures are treated as void unless re-scheduled within 24 hours.

flowgpt collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the flowgpt platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. flowgpt employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, flowgpt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or goodwill, even if flowgpt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. flowgpt's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
flowgpt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network are adequately secured before accessing the flowgpt platform.
flowgpt reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms or any Supplementary Rules; (b) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (c) suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; (d) account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more; (e) at the request of regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
You may request the closure of your flowgpt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, flowgpt will process the closure and return any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus conditions) to your nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
flowgpt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, flowgpt will provide at least 14 days' notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and/or by sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the flowgpt service, you should in the first instance contact our customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint and any relevant transaction references. flowgpt aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
If you are not satisfied with flowgpt's response, you may escalate the matter in writing to the flowgpt Complaints Manager at the same email address, clearly marking your message "Formal Complaint — Escalation". flowgpt will conduct a full internal review and provide a final decision within 14 business days of escalation.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Supplementary Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and flowgpt with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
No Waiver: flowgpt's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict arising from a translation, the English version shall prevail.
